Performed oil and filter change. Topped off all fluids, adjusted tire pressure. Performed multipoint inspection.
Tightened lower control arm bolts. Replaced clips in bumper. Checked suspension. All is good at this time. Removed, then replaced rear lug nuts by hand to make easier to remove.
Brake pads are at 30% and rotors do not need machining.

P0117 coolant temp. Code is for thermostat but cooling system was 1/2 gallon low on coolant. Filled up and drove. May have a blown head gasket. This year Subaru is known for it.

Flushed coolant system and test drove car no problem with engine. Pressure washed engine. Did notice car has a slight wheel bearing or tire noise, not too bad though. Test drove with scanner attached to monitor coolant temp. Thermostat opens at 190 degrees and maintains a 185-195 operating temp.

Could not get steering system to act up. Topped off steering fluid and test drove several times, no problem found.
